LECTURE 3 “Is the Bible Reliable?”
This lecture will be about the reliability of the Bible and its significance in the life of Christians. We look at this from the historical and scientific side. We will learn why the Bible is called Holy Scripture and what importance it has for Christianity.
Guests lectures of the Second Lecture:
John Milliken teaches in the theology department at LCC International University in Klaipeda. He has degrees in philosophy and theology. In addition to university teaching, he has also spent several years in pastoral ministry in the United States. He and his wife, Rachel, live in Klaipeda along with their two children.
Sidney Salcido was born and raised in US. He went to a Bible university called Lee, and received a bachelor degree in Bible and Theology. In 2009 he got a Master's Degree in Apologetics at Biola University. Later, he joined the Salvation Army and was sent to open up a Salvation Army in Vilnius, Lithuania.
